3.3 Illicit Funds & Fraud

Mega888 RTP has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, fraud, and all other illegal activities. If there is any doubt regarding the source of funds or the intended use of the platform, Mega888 RTP reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, withhold the balance, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member. Any funds found to be connected to illegal activity will be fully forfeited.

Mega888 RTP offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions clearly stated on the respective promotions page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The Mega888 RTP welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit at 150%, up to a maximum of RM750. For example, a deposit of RM100 earns a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. This bonus is subject to a 30x rollover requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. The original deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, but bonus funds and winnings derived from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.

4.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses from Monday to Sunday and is automatically credited every following Monday. Cashback rates vary by membership tier: 5% (Bronze), 8% (Silver), 10% (Gold), and 15% (Platinum). Cashback is credited with no rollover requirement – it can be withdrawn directly. Cashback is calculated on net losses only and will not apply if the account is in a net profit position for that week.

4.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

5.2 Connection Interruptions

In the event of an internet disconnection during an active game session, Mega888 RTP has an automatic recovery policy in place. Bets that were confirmed prior to the disconnection will not be voided solely due to a connectivity issue on the member's end. 5.3 Betting Limits

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by Mega888 RTP. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time before an event begins, particularly where there is suspicion of market integrity issues or abnormal betting activity. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed will not be voided except under the circumstances set out in these terms.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sports event on which bets have been placed is cancelled in full before it begins, all related bets will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account. If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, bets will likewise be voided. For live betting, if an event is interrupted and does not resume, any bets active at the time of the interruption will be settled based on the result at the point of the official suspension.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting on Mega888 RTP allows wagers to be placed while a sporting event is in progress. Odds change in real time, and it is the member's responsibility to ensure the odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are noted. Once a live bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be disputed on the grounds of rapid fluctuation. Mega888 RTP is not liable for any delays in score updates or match information that may affect a member's live betting decisions.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Mega888 RTP account login credentials secure – including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code if enabled. You should not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify Mega888 RTP immediately through our support team, which operates 24/7. Mega888 RTP will take prompt action to secure your account. However, Mega888 RTP shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred prior to receiving such notification, particularly where those losses result from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Mega888 RTP reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, abuse of the bonus or promotions system, providing false information during registration or KYC, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members.

Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the Mega888 RTP support team. Prior to closure, any account balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and is not subject to any outstanding rollover requirements will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 30 days.

The effective date of the current version is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Mega888 RTP platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms by the member.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Mega888 RTP platform, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the relevant parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
